Frequently asked questions
Do I need Apple Business?
Yes. It is what lets devices enroll automatically and keeps management from being removed. We can register Apple Business for companies that don't have it yet.
Can ABMDM read users' messages or photos?
No. Apple's protocol does not allow a management server to read personal content.
Do you support Android?
Support for Samsung devices through Knox Guard is in development. Today ABMDM supports iPhone and iPad.
How do I cancel?
